- Speed Desktop products are often returned to our client within 24 hours sometimes quicker.
- Accuracy The desktop product is developed by an actual person, an appraiser with over 5 years of experience in developing values in the area he/she works. Not a machine.
- Cost A typical appraisal can cost $150 to over $500, a similarly insured AVM can cost a $100. Our low volume clients are enjoying pricing much lower than an AVM.
